Terms & Conditions
By placing an order on Trendy Baby Wear, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the website or placing orders.
- All orders placed on Trendy Baby Wear are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Item availability
- Price errors
- Payment issues
- Fraudulent activity
- We will notify you by email if your order is canceled.
- Prices displayed on the website are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
- We accept M-Pesa Paybill and Cash on Delivery as payment methods.
- For M-Pesa Paybill payments, payment instructions are provided during checkout or order confirmation.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is made when the order is delivered, where this option is available.
- We reserve the right to update product prices where necessary. Any applicable price will be displayed before the customer completes the order.
- Online checkout accepts delivery addresses across Kenya. Contact us before ordering outside Kenya to confirm availability, the full delivery charge and estimated delivery time.
- Standard delivery costs KSh 350 in Nairobi County and KSh 500 in other Kenyan counties. Standard Nairobi delivery is free for merchandise subtotals of KSh 10,000 or more after discounts. The delivery charge and full order total are displayed at checkout before you order.
- Orders received during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 8:00am–8:00pm East Africa Time) are processed the same day. Orders received outside these hours are processed on the next business day.
- After processing, delivery is typically 1 business day within Nairobi and 1–2 business days elsewhere in Kenya. These are estimates and may be affected by the destination, courier schedules, public holidays or other delays. Contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated time.

- Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an eligible return or exchange and provide your order number, receipt or other proof of purchase.
- Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with packaging and tags where applicable. Sale items and certain hygiene products are excluded from change-of-mind refunds as explained in our policy.
- These restrictions do not exclude requests about items delivered damaged, faulty or incorrect. Trendy Baby Wear pays the return delivery costs for those items.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval.
- Read our Refund & Return Policy for instructions and full details. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable Kenyan consumer law.
- We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, there may be slight variations due to differences in screen resolution and settings.
- We cannot guarantee the availability of all items listed on the website.
- All content on the Trendy Baby Wear website, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and service marks, is the property of Trendy Baby Wear or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not use any content from the website for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
Use each product according to its instructions, care label and stated age or suitability guidance. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification about a product.
Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Kenyan law.
Our responsibility for losses and the remedies available to customers are governed by applicable Kenyan law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or removes any mandatory consumer right.
- These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.

Nothing in these terms prevents you from using the courts, consumer-protection authorities or other remedies available under Kenyan law. Any alternative dispute-resolution process is subject to applicable law and any agreement required from the parties.
- These Terms of Sale constitute the entire agreement between you and Trendy Baby Wear regarding your use of the website and your purchase of products.
- If any provision of these Terms of Sale is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- We reserve the right to change these Terms of Sale at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Sale on the website.
