Standard delivery costs KSh 350 in Nairobi County and KSh 500 in other Kenyan counties. Nairobi orders with a merchandise subtotal of KSh 10,000 or more after discounts qualify for free standard delivery. Delivery within Nairobi typically takes 1 business day after order processing. Deliveries to other locations within Kenya typically take 1–2 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.
Yes. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging where applicable.
Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking or delivery information after the order has been dispatched. Tracking availability depends on the courier or delivery partner handling the order.

- Delivery charges: KSh 350 within Nairobi County and KSh 500 elsewhere in Kenya. Standard Nairobi delivery is free for merchandise subtotals of KSh 10,000 or more after discounts. Charges are shown at checkout before you order.
- Processing and delivery: Orders received before 4:00pm East Africa Time, Monday–Saturday, are processed the same business day. Orders received at or after 4:00pm, on Sundays or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. We operate Monday–Saturday, 8:00am–8:00pm East Africa Time. After processing, estimated delivery is 1 business day in Nairobi and 1–2 business days elsewhere in Kenya.
- International enquiries: Online checkout accepts Kenyan delivery addresses. Contact us before ordering outside Kenya to confirm availability, the full delivery cost and the estimated delivery time.
- Tracking: We provide tracking or delivery information after dispatch where available from the delivery partner.
- Payment: We accept M-Pesa and Cash on Delivery. Available payment options and instructions are shown at checkout.
